You will be in frequent contact with the study team

  • In these studies, you will be given investigational study medications. Frequent visits to the study doctor's office means that your gout attacks will be closely monitored. Over 6 to 14 months, you will be invited to come to the study center regularly. At these visits, qualified study staff will check your health.
  • Your ongoing gout treatment requires continuous evaluation of your gout, whether it's currently in hiding or on the attack.
  • You will always be able to share your views, progress, and suggestions with the medical team members.

There is no cost for study participation.

Your participation requires your interest in preventing gout attacks through daily treatment. Those who qualify receive study-related medical evaluations and study-related medication.
